G.A. (Glen) Quarmby

Glen Quarmby was born in Duncan, BC in 1959. He graduated from high school in 1977, BCIT in 1979 and also holds commissions as a BCLS and CLS.

Glen became an Alberta Land Surveyor on April 21, 2010 by passing the Alberta jurisdictional examination. He is the past chair of the Vancouver Island group of BCLS and is currently the president of the Campbell River Search and Rescue Association.

Glen was in private practice in Campbell River from 1991-2008. Since 2008, he has been employed with Seymour Pacific Developments, specializing in multi-family development in Western Canada.

He is involved with search and rescue and enjoys skiing, hiking and woodworking.
