G.N. (Garry) Bondarevich

Garry was born in Edmonton in 1957. Upon graduation from Paul Kane High School in St. Albert in 1975, he went on to receive a B.Sc. in Survey Science from the University of Alberta in 1983.

R.J. McGaffin, ALS served as Garry's principal from 1985 to 1991. "Geographic Reference Frameworks in Bangkok, Thailand" was the topic of the technical report submitted as part of the qualifying examination. Commission as an Alberta Land Surveyor was granted on July 11, 1991.

During summer breaks from the University of Alberta, Garry worked for Stewart, Weir & Co. from 1976 to 1978 and the City of Edmonton Engineering Department from 1980 to 1982. He has worked for Stewart, Weir & Co. from 1982 to the present.

A few of Garry's leisure activities include downhill skiing, cycling, golf and camping.
