J.C. (Charles) Godard

Charles Godard was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on December 25, 1960. Upon graduation from Sir Winston Churchill High School in Calgary in 1978 he went on to receive a technical diploma from SAIT in 1980. A B.Sc. in Surveying Engineering was obtained from the University of Calgary in 1984.

Articles were served under W.R. Dabbs, ALS. Commission as an Alberta Land Surveyor was granted on March 14, 1996.

The topic of the technical report submitted as part of the qualifying exam was "Real Time Kinematic GPS and Cadastral Surveys in Alberta."

Survey experience is primarily oilfield with some urban surveys and contract work with McElhanney Land Surveys Ltd. between 1984-1988.

Hobbies and other interests include sports, photography, and reading.
