P. (Phil) O'Connor

Corner Brook, Newfoundland was the birthplace of Phil O’Connor. He graduated from the Regina High School in 1982 and from the University of New Brunswick in 1991 with a B.Sc. in Engineering.

Fred Rogers, ALS served as Phil’s principal from May 1999 until he received his commission as an Alberta Land Surveyor in March 2003. Phil is also an Engineer-in-training with APEGGA.

Surveying experience includes oil and gas surveys in British Columbia and Alberta from 1993 until February 2003 with McElhanney Land Surveys (Alta.) Ltd.

Phil enjoys working out, biking, and camping.
