R.J. Wilson

Robert James Wilson was born in Fredericton, New Brunswick in 1952. He graduated from Fredericton High in 1969 and earned a B.Sc. in survey engineering from the University of New Brunswick in 1975.

From 1975 to 1979, he articled to Don Jaques before receiving his commission as an Alberta Land Surveyor on April 25, 1979.

Mr. Wilson was also a professional engineer and a member of the Canadian Institute of Surveying.

From 1975 to 1980, he mostly surveyed subdivisions in and around the City of Calgary. After that, he did control surveys, structure surveys, road surveys and design in southeast British Columbia. He remained an active Alberta Land Surveyor until 1984.
