R.N. (Richard) Heacock

Richard Heacock was born in July 1955 in Edmonton, Alberta. He graduated from Victoria Composite High School in 1973 and from the University of Alberta with a B.Sc. in Engineering in 1978. He also attended the University of Calgary from 1984 to 1986 in the Surveying Engineering Program.

Articles were served under the late George K. Heacock and the topic of the technical report submitted as part of the qualifying examination was "Alberta Land Surveyors Real Property Report." Commission as an Alberta Land Surveyor was obtained on October 30, 1992.

Richard's employment history includes working as a civil engineer on various municipal projects from 1978 to 1983. From 1986 to the present time he worked with G.K. Heacock, ALS in varying aspects of surveying.

Sports, fishing, and camping are a few leisure activities that he enjoys.
