J.K. (Jeff) Boutilier

Jeffrey Kirk Boutilier was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba in August 1957. He graduated from Sturgeon Creek High School in 1975, and received a Survey Technologist designation from Red River Community College in 1980.

Articles were served under Lawrence M. Pals, ALS from January 1991 until receiving his commission on March 9, 1994. The topic of the technical report submitted as part of the qualifying examination was "When do Monuments Govern the Location of a Boundary."

Experience in the survey industry involved subdivisions, topographic surveys, and condominiums. He also has experience in oilfield and engineering surveys.

Hobbies and other interests include mountain biking, hiking, and hockey.
