Commentary:

The HP-41C was introduced in 1983.  It is the first Hewlett-Packard pocket computer that had alphanumeric capabilities. The keyboard had an “Alpha” key that toggled the keyboard between alpha charactors and the normal calculator charactors. It also had more memory than its predecessor, more functions, improved programming, and could be expanded with both RAM and ROM modules.

This HP-41C was used by Kinloch, Underwood Associates Ltd. for land surey calculations in Alberta.
