From a review of various websites this is a Model TK. The model TK was made from 1936 to 1954. It was equipped with sliding quotient coupling (dispensing the need to fill out the dividend with zeroes).
Vic Wolchansky ALS used it for field calculations for wellsie, pipeline and subdivision surveys in Alberta.
