Commentary:

The Model 324 Scientist includes basic programming capabilities with two independent 80-step programs. The programs are entered from the keyboard, with no provision for review or editing. If a mistake is made, the process must be repeated from the beginning. The programs are stored in RAM and disappear when the machine is switched off.

Computer Design Corporation (Compucorp)) manufactored this computer model, but it was rebranded and marketed under the Monroe name. The three included instruction bookets are: How to use the Compucorp Micro Scientist Model 320/322; How to use the Monroe 324 Micro Scientist Series: and How to use the Compucorp Micro Scientist Series 320.

While this computer was small and light enough to carry to the field it was too large to be carried in ones pocket.

This computer was used by Brown, Okamura & Associates Ltd., a Lethbridge, Alberta survey firm.
