Commentary:

Two Midland hand-held radios and accessories in a leather brief case. 

Accessories include:
Four clip-on battery packs [Model 70-B48]: two on radios and two in small cardboard boxes,
two screw-on flexible antennas,
two speaker/microphones [Model 70-M45],
two leather belt clips that attach to the radios,
two battery chargers [Model 70-C48] (serial Nos 940304 and 940301),,
one “OPERATOR’S MANUAL 70-148/248 99 CHANNEL HANDHELD TRANSCEIVERS” with pages numbered 1 to 8, and
Stradellina” black leather brief case, 46.5 X 34 X 9.5 cms.

These radiophones were used by the Alberta Land Surveyors’ Association while carrying out land survey inspections.
