Commentary:

Hand-held WR communications Ltd., 2-channel radiophone. 

A removeable part of the phone houses the rechargeable battery pack.(batteries have been removed). The top has a detachable flexible antenna that extends to 15 cm. It also has on/off, volume, and squelch knobs and it has female mini plugs ‘MIC” and “EAR”. The front of the unit has a speaker grill with a WR logo in the upper left hand corner and a metal label “WR – 100A”. 

The bottom has a switch for changing between Channels 1 and 2. This radiophone may have been used as a Walkie-Talkie with Radiophone ICOM (ALSA 2008.02.07) which was also owned by Kinloch, Underwood and Associates.
