Commentary:

The body of the stereoscope is comprised black cast metal. It has four folding metal legs, two plastic “D” handles, two glass prism eyepieces, two mirrors, two simulated leather mirror covers and two stainless steel mounting pins (for top mounting binoculars).

The stereoscope is not marked with a manufacturer, serial number or model number.

Marked in pencil inside the top of the carrying case (green wooden box) is “Can. Dept of Agri.”
