Commentary:

This Electronic Distance Meter (EDM) uses infrared light frequency to measure distances. It is constructed of metal. Bakelite, leather lifting handle, and glass lens. Total Height 48 cm x width 28 cm x length 32 cm. The white tilting barrel is length 32 x width and height of 18 cm. The attached accessories are a black metal spotting telescope length 32 cm (incudes two plastic lens caps) and 4 cm in diameter; the black rubber ringed attenuator with a movable metal disk is 18 cm x 18 cm x 3 cm. The metallic turquoise colored yoke and chassis contains the bulk of the electronics and a front panel contains the control switch and the display windows..
